In the Tvrdošín district winds are expected to rise in some mountain areas reaching in short blows impact speed of up to 30 - 37 m/s (110 - 135 km/h). The predicted wind speed is typical for the area and time of the year it can however pose potential risk for human activities.

Na horách očakávame nárazy vetra s rýchlosťou až 37 m/s

V okrese Tvrdošín sa na horáchV POLOHÁCH NAD 1300 m MIESTAMI očakáva výskyt vetra, ktorý dosiahne krátkodobo (v nárazoch) rýchlosť 30 - 37 m/s (110 - 135 km/h) a/alebo priemernú rýchlosť 20 - 24 m/s (70 - 85 km/h), t.j. až víchrica. Predpokladaná rýchlosť vetra je v danej ročnej dobe a oblasti bežná, no predstavuje potenciálne nebezpečenstvo pre ľudské aktivity (najmä pre pešiu turistiku, horolezectvo a pod.).
