Maximum wind speed : from 50 to 70 km/h. Sea heaps up and white foam from breaking waves begins to be blown in streaks along the direction of the wind. The sea is fairly rough (3).

Consignes

Before the event: Caution at sea is recommended. Prepare necessary procedures and equipment in case of rapid deterioration of weather. Check the situation of vessels in berths. During the event: Less skilled sailors should not go out to sea. Swimmers should stay close to the shore. We recommend caution when practicing water sports.
